Arabi I (cutwork)
Pillowsham stitched using the Arabi 1 designs
"Arabi"(pronounced Ah-rah-bee) means of Arabic origin, pertaining to Arabia. This collection was created to give the eastern effect with almost no jump stitches in the designs as well as short time span in the stitch outs. Most of these designs have a cutwork detailed into them. You can either use the directions to cut out t he areas or leave as is. These designs can be stitched out to create much larger designs. You can adorn linen, dresses, etc. The colors used are my own choice, any color combination could be used to give a different look. There are a total of fourteen designs in the collection. This collection is meant for the large hoop from the 5x7 to the 6x10 hoops. There are a couple of designs that are for the 4x4 hoop sizes. All the designs with the bar tacks are meant to be cutwork. Instructions are provided.
