Sale of ME Companies:

Friends, the past three weeks I have received various informations regarding several Machine Embroidery giants namely Pfaff and Husquavarna Viking, Cactus Punch, Singer etc. Seems like a Holding Company out of Texas is purchasing the ME companies one by one…very interesting. Why would any company start purchasing all the ME giants one by one and for what purpose. Logic tells me something is afoot and perhaps the sewing/me world is going to change. Will be interesting to watch this scenario. Another interesting item to note is that the ESPC has edited their members website page. Now none of the members are showing. Could it be that the HSA has finally decided to make ESPC a total legal branch thus eliminating the necessity to showcase any of the members….the members are always going to be the same regardless of what the website says or not…at least to my way of thinking, unless HSA has nothing to do with the holding company purchasing all the ME giants.
