“Briar Rose” is a collection of mixed machine embroidery techniques; with a nostalgic look of Swiss hand
embroideries. The collection has application of applique, quilting and embroidery, sorted into three mini subcollections. Each sub-collection's designs can be combined together or stitched out by themselves. Whether used to create wreaths or hearts, the designs can also be used individually to create different embroideries. Detailed instructions for creating quilt blocks are provided as well as creating borders and for quilting. Quilting designs can also be used as embroidery designs by themselves. The designs primarily use the 5x7 hoop.
